By "Cluster Monitor Window", do you mean the one you see with Alt-O:

? If you see activity there, it means wtDxTelnet and Win-Test are
communicating properly.
Win-Test ignores "inappropriate" spots, such as spots that are too old,
spots that are on the wrong band, or spots that are in the wrong sub-band
(e.g., phone spots will not display in the band map for a CW contest). The
sub-bands are defined by the
bandplan<http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Menu:Options#Bandplans...>.
The age of a spot is defined by your computer's clock, so check that too.
