[WT-support] problems with win-test and micro-keyer

At SK3W we had problems with the CW speed. Sometimes the Speed pot didn't
respond on changes. The "cure" was to open the Options-->Winkey Properties
and click on OK. After that, the speed pot behaved normally. This happend
on several computers, several times during the CQWW.
