[WT-support] Error with wintest version 3

hello 

i still using version 3.27 and after i download CTY_WT_MOD.DAT
and reload my log i got failure masage "Fatal error: application will stop"
"Error in file (wintest directory) CTY_WT_MOD.DAT in line 489"

i removed this file and save old one again in wintest directory. All ok!

its look like new CTY_WT_MOD.DAT doesnt work ok at least not with version 3!
