[WT-support] Mult station reported freq

Hi Bob...I have been naming the computers as 40M-Run, 40M-Partner, and
40M-Mult...we have a physical/electrical lock out that will lock out either
the run or mult depending on how its configured...so only one signal per
band...the Partner does not need to be locked out as he only shares audio
from the run station and does not have a rig in front of him...using partner
at peak operating time makes sure that 2 people concur what the call is and
what the report is....

The reason that the Mult station frequency reporting is not wanted , is that
the Mult station is constantly tuning the band, responding to packet spots,
and in general is on the move...to pass a mult or another station from
another band only requires the frequency of the Run station...mults are
passed to the Run station, because he has the biggest antenna selection and
possibly the most dominant signal...it gives too much data to deal with in
the ALT-J window to see any more than the Run station's freq...pass freq is
not needed, and where the Mult station is, really does not make a hill of
beans....

so maybe a feature for version 4??? ......and I am still holding out for
software lockouts that can be defined at startup for 3 options....first come
first served, Run lock out, and Mult lock out....all within the same
bands....
