[WT-support] partner bug noticed

The Partner station must be declared a RUN+ station (ie SUPPORT), and 
the so-called Mult station must be declared as RUN, like the true RUN 
station.

As I guess you're taking part in the M/M or M/2 category, there are NO 
MULTIPLIERS STATIONS in these cases (check the rules). The MULT station 
declaration must be used ONLY in the M/S category.
