No, Win-Test does not support sending callsigns or phonetics via the DVK the
way that CT did via DVP. I believe most CT users who took the time to
record each letter and each number (or each possible pair of letters and
numbers) found that though it worked as advertised, the sound on the air was
not very natural, so the resulting rate was poor. Serious contesters
abandoned this feature though some casual contesters still use it.
