[WT-support] Win-Test for install question

Thanks Bob for all the information.  I had saved your post previously for
when I decided to give WT4 a try.  This seems like a lot of extra steps for
a full release product.  One would expect this from a Beta.  What to the
developers have to say regarding the steps you have outlined below?  I
am hoping some other folks will comment as to their experiences as well.  I
appreciate you help and will give it a go this weekend perhaps.
