[WT-support] Win-Test for install question

Hello,

This may have been covered before, so my apologies.  Can I install Win-Test
version 4 directly over version 3.27 or do I need to uninstall Win-Test?
The Wiki says I can install over top of previous version.  If I do install
directly over version 3 will it save my existing configurations; for
example: radio setup, MK2R+ setup?  Besides having to re-register what else
do I need to worry about?
