[WT-support] Ver 4, SO2R, WinkeyerUSB

Supporting Winkey for SO2R is so basic. Considering how well Winkey works with 
N1MM Logger, this would be a complete show-stopper for anyone contemplating a 
switch to W-T.

> The WinkeyerUSB is not an SO2R box like EZMaster or microHAM MK2R.  It 
> doesn't support headphone or microphone switching, only CW Key and PTT 
> switching.  So a WinKey cannot support all of the SO2R functions built 
> into Win-Test, only some of them.

And no one using a Winkey expects it to be an MK2R. Apples and oranges 
comparison. Not to mention one costs $65, and the other costs $800. Geesh.
