[WT-support] WT4 crashes at downloading country files

Hi from Landshut,

As I prepare myself for IOTA-contest I tried to update my CTY.DAT but 
WT4 crashes in the moment when I´m klicking "download". It doesnt matter 
wether Antivir is turned on or off. The windows-firewall was been told 
NOT to block WT

My system: WINDOWS XP home, Antivir (with exception of scanning WT). 
What is wrong? With WT 3.xx everything went fine.
