[WT-support] ESM + SO2V chasing multipliers

Was is the best practice when enabling EMS and chasing multipliers
with the second VFO?

I did it quite awkward during the IARU:

* CQ on VFO-A
* listening on both receivers
* spotted a new one on VFO-B
* no answer on CQ: swap VFO:s
* call with F4
* if answer set ctrl-TAB
* try to use ESM: sometimes OK - sometimes messy
* revert to CQ-mode (ctrl-TAB)
* swap VFO:s
* hit Enter or F1

Any hints on doing this in a better way?
