[WT-support] conversion WT3 -> WT4

This is mainly what I did! Only difference I combined step 1 and 2 by clicking
on the wtb-file, shouldn't make a difference, but I will try today in the evening.

Thanks for the link! Google seems to require some more time for building its
index. Searching for "conversion" does return several threats but not this
one...
