Actually, it shows an unknown DXCC (----) and not an invalid DXCC 
(////). It only happens in some UA3 cases.

There is a missing trailing comma in line 2831 of the current 
cty_wt_mod.dat ;-)

It should read :

     R,U,

instead of

     R,U

I'm confident Jim will fix it in the next release (but in the meantime 
you can DIY and reload your log).
