[WT-support] Swap VFO function in v4

To load a spot into the Sub VFO rather than the main VFO, in the band map
[Alt]-double-click on the spot
-or-
Right click on the spot and select "Pass frequency to SUB VFO".

This works if your radio supports setting VFO B (I believe some Icom models
do not support it).

Win-Test supports two band maps (Radio 1 and Radio 2).
