[WT-support] 3.26 question

Since version 4 will not work on some of my computers I just went from 3.25 to 3.26......but now I find that none of the packet commands work.
ALT-T and issue a command and nothing happens.
ALT-F3 to make a spot from a callsign in the log, nil.

Perhaps there is something written about this but I dont have time to go searching for the answer.
