[WT-support] Scary WT 4.0.1 bug: Don't open WTB file from command prompt.

 When you open a .WTB file Win-Test V4, it will convert it to .WT4 format.
But you MUST use the File | Open dialog to do this.  Then it works fine.

DO NOT use the command line to open a .WTB file with WT 4.0.1:

WT filename.WTB  (DO NOT DO THIS!)

Win-Test 4.0.1 will go into an infiinite loop and FILL UP YOUR ENTIRE HARD
DISK with a file named

filename.WTB.WT4

!

The only way to exit is to use the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl-Shift-Escape)
right click, WT.EXE, End Process Tree).
