Hello OPs,

I'll update the VHF Locator Database for the upcoming VHF/UHF/SHF
Contests by the end of the week (probably Thursday evening).

For an update of the existing vhf.dtb please do the following:

0) Rename old vhf.dtb in the Win-Test directory (e.g. vhf.dtb_old)
1) Load new VHF.ZIP from http://download.win-test.com/databases/ (date
must be later than 07 March 2009)
2) Copy vhf.dtb from the ZIP file into the Win-Test directory
3) (Re-)open Win-Test

All updates received up to Thursday 02 July 2009 18 UTC will be in the
