Yes we can.

No we can't. Because Alt-M is not *always* related to countries. It 
depends on the contest (even if it is *mainly* used for DXCC 
countries...). And the true order criteria *is* the number of worked 
bands/modes. It is very useful, for example, to check which "easy" DXCC 
has a missing band during a CQWW DX.
