- CQWW WPX : New rules 2009 : In M/S category the trailing 0/1
   indicator in the Cabrillo file now indicates if a callsign has been
   worked by a RUN or a MULT station.

- RAEM Contest implemented. Tnx F5IN.

- Keyboard mode : New options in Options / CW and Option / RTTY to
   enable or not keys remapping while in keyboard mode. Cf Task #172.

- Contest settings dlg : The exchange help message box pop-ups if it
   is required and empty. Tnx W7UPF, N6TV.

- CQWW 160 : Win-Test is now compliant with the new rules 2009.

- Sked window (Alt-B) : You can send the sked freq in the sub VFO if
   applicable. Tnx TM2Y.

- CTY files : The "virtual" 0VER entity (if any) is ignored. The VER*
   callsigns too.

- WAE messages : $LOGGEDCALL (or $LOGGED) can now be used in these
   messages. Tnx DK4WA.

- Clock wnd : The RUN/S&P indicator is displayed only if this switch
   is enabled (Tools / Data entry menu). Tnx F1HAR @ FY5KE.

- Statistics : All text reports are now formatted with | separators
   instead of ! chars. Tnx N6TV.

- Bugfix : NAQP and SCCC Sprint : VO1/VO2 province is now NL instead
   of NF. Tnx NX5M.

- Bugfix : Rate wnd (Alt-R) : Under some circonstances, the
   calculations were wrong for monoband contests. Tnx AC0W.

- Bugfix : ARRL 10m : US/VE multipliers weren't correctly displayed
   in the Check Multipliers wnd (F10). Tnx CX6VM.

- Bugfix : Task #221 : ARRL SS Cabrillo file import failed. Tnx N6TV.

- Bugfix : Task #171

- Bugfix : ARRL 160 : ADIF file export now uses the ARRL_SECT field.
   Also fixed for the ARRL SS, ARRL FD and the ARRL 10 uses the
   STATE or VE_PROV field when applicable. Tnx AD1C, W1EQ.

- Bugfix : Task #222 : M/S log import now correctly assigns the RUN
   and MULT flags following the new Cabrillo implementation.

- Bugfix : Task #218 : The exchange help in the contest configuration

- Bugfix : ARRL SS : Serial sent is now editable (Edit / Serial sent)

- Bugfix : WAE RTTY : QTC transmission : A QSO with a 000 as serial
   number was interrupting the transmission of the serie. Tnx DK4WA.

- Bugfix : MK setup dlg : Under some circonstances, chosen options
   were deleted when setting the router path. Tnx FY5KE.

- Bugfix: Task #214 - QSX frequency (if any) was missing in ALT-F3 when
   spotting the previously logged QSO. Tks DL4NER, NQ4I, W9ZRX, N6TV.

- Bugfix: Task #215 (Clicking on QSX spots (split) doesn't work right
   with Yaesu radios) - fix to be tested.

- Bugfix : Some AltGr (Alt+Crtl) shortcut was also lauching either
   Alt or Ctrl ones. Fixed.
