I think WPX Multi-Two is designating correctly as shown in the small log I just created below:
However, Multi-Single is not reading a qso made by the mult station (M) as a 1 but as a 0 same as the run station.
(b) All logs must be submitted in chronological order. Entries from Multi-Single and Multi-Two stations must clearly indicate which transmitter made each QSO (column 81 of Cabrillo QSO template for CQ contests.) For multi-single, use "0" for run station and "1" for multiplier station.

http://www.radio-sport.net/newcqrules.htm has a nice summary of CQ 160 and CQ WPX rule changes for 2009, with links to the official rules.
I hope the Win-Test developers will review these changes, and make the necessary updates to Win-Test.
The CQ 160 contest is less than a month away now.
