[WT-support] Passing Multipliers suggestion - click on [Alt-J] window to generate a PSE QSY TO message

I would also support the introduction of  this feature, though obviously the method of invoking it needs thinking about. ANY multi band contest team should be giving out their frequencies on a regular basis in order to pass mults, therefore it makes sense to automate the process if possible to give an increase in efficiency and reduction in error.
