It's just been coded with performance in mind. Mults first, others can 
wait...

Anyway, for your convenience, I just added a new option (another one !) 
in the RTTY setup dialog to favor or not the multipliers when using the 
Insert key. By default, they're favored to keep the compatibility with 
the current settings.

This feature will be available in the next release, and - as usual - in 
the meantime you can try and test the next nightly build (tomorrow 
morning UTC).
