[WT-support] RDCXC: Worked Oblasts window and Check Multiplier window

Hi guys!

Have a look at these two windows in RDXC:

1. "Worked Oblasts"

Both Alt-Z and Mouse click can't open this important window!

2. "Multiplier"

When you have this window open it doesn't react on changing oblasts,
their Azimuth, LP, SR, SS but just changes EUR and ASR.
