[WT-support] Revisiting the Yaesu FT-990

I have tried the radio (I still have 2 of them, both with 1.3 rom) with
version 4 with even worse results. But for now I am not concerned about
what it is doing with V4 (clicking on a 160 spot sent the radio to a
different band...wow).
I have tried everything and whenever I click on a 160 spot (CW) the radio
goes to the correct frequency but changes to LSB. I even tried setting up
the bandplan where it was 1800-2000 CW and nothing for SSB or RTTY. That
did not seems to do any good either. Something is telling the radio to go
to LSB in the case....but what?
