Some info. about SCP files is documented here, but to answer your question, just rename MASTER.SCP to DEFAULT.SCP, and Win-Test will use it instead of HT.DTB.

For God's sake, why can't we just select ANY file from a file open dialogue to be used for SCP ??? The file should be handled according to its extension. If not selected, WT should use any available in its documented (?) priority order. 

This has been a discussion item since 2.21 at least...
