It is - Tools / Data entry / Exchange guessing / Auto

The exchange guess also checks the dupe.

As the dupe is mentioned just under the callsign entry, you can't miss 
it. I'm afraid another additional color would be confusing. WT is a 
contest logger, not a psychedelic rainbow generator ;-)  I have an idea 
in mind to optionally draw attention for various events for future 
versions, but it requires implementation and testing.
