This issue is a dupe from last year. Really disappointing that Win-Test has done 
nothing to fix it. Sending out a different serial number than what is logged 
screws the recipient during the log checking process. I guess that is considered 
acceptable in some cultures.

N1MM Logger doesn't have a "central data master" either. Each computer maintains 
its own copy of the serial number server, and uses the network to keep them 
synchronized.
