[WT-support] WPX S/N bug

This is my understanding too.

If the mult is on the same band as the run, they cannot
TRANSMIT at the same time. They can share the same time
window so long as RF does not come from both at one time.

If the mult is on a different band, they can transmit at the
same time.

The bug is when on the same band, the serial numbers are not
locked until the QSO is actually logged. This means if the
mult has given 1001 and is waiting to log and the run hits
enter and logs after giving a number, the number from the
mult would be logged as 1002. This results in a busted QSO.

They both could legally give the same number. They both
could skip a number, but they can never log a number that
disagrees with what was sent.
