[WT-support] DX-Cluster Window

When I set up WT in a multi-station environment, I usually make sure
I've got wtDxTelnet running on at least 2 of the PCs, connecting to
different cluster nodes, in different continents. This provides some
resilience against failure of a single PC with a single connection.
WT happily de-duplicates the spots.
