      What am I doing wrong?
The only problem I have at the moment is that I get all the DX tips coming up
twice in the DX-Cluster Window within Win-Test. When I look in the
wtDxTelnet Window they only show up once.

This will happen if you start two copies of wtDxTelnet at the same time, and they both connect to the same DX cluster.

Check the Windows task bar carefully. You'll probably find two copies of wtDxTelnet running, one window right on top of the other.
