Bob,
I think I have found the problem of the cluster spots, sending the radio into a wrong mode. The mode of a spot is set when the spot is received, so changing the bandplan and immediately testing that out made no difference becaude the old cluster spots were still active. This morning it works fine also on 40 meters, just like yesterday when the 20 meter spots worked fine after about an hour.

When I click on a cluster spot on the bandmap the rig goes to CW mode. How can I let Win-test not to change the mode? It makes no difference if I change the bandplan via Options -> Bandplan
Did you specify Mode: CW on the contest configuration screen?
Type REOPEN [Enter] and change "Mode" to "Mixed" or "RTTY" or whatever is appropriate.
If that's not it, please provide more details:
Version of Win-Test:
Contest Type:
Rig Type:
Serial port parameters (baud rate, DTR RTS settings)
Using a real or virtual serial port?
microHAM controller?
USB to serial converter?

Bob, N6TV
