[WT-support] WT 3.22.0 is out

Hello again
 
just installed 3.22 on the other computer, and there I can edit the  messages, now
 
But on the older notebook, still a grey box

I used 3.22 in the UHF-Contest, but the only way to modify the CW  messages was
Shift F1 etc, it was not possible to modify them within the option  menue.
 
There was a grey box instead.
