[WT-support] Country Allocation Issue

I worked TO4X and TO5X in St martin and Martinique during the night in CQWW but WT did not recognise the country. I downloaded the latest country files before the contest started. Is there a quick method to allocate a country to a call please?
I checked the on line references and couldn't see anything obvious.
