[WT-support] IC7700/IC7800 VFO B

HI Bob:

 

VFO B frequency information ("received" from the radio) is not part of the
Icom CI-V specification so it is not a fault of WinTest.

WinTest "sends" frequency information "to" the 7800 perfectly.

 

The lack of VFO B frequency information from the radio to WinTest has not
adversely affected our band map operations, but we could be missing
something.

The Icom radios are not reading VFO B frequency in the bandmap.
