As Larry says, you probably don't need LPT checked.

Assuming you are using this device <http://usinterface.com/naviusa_004.htm>,
it appears to have a K1EL Winkey inside, so you need to tell Win-Test which
virtual COM port has the WinKey.

In Win-Test SETUP, select "WinKey" from the appropriate COM port drop-down
list, then press the [Configure ...] button, and press the [Wnkey default
settings] button to set the proper baud rate, then press [OK].  You may not
need to specify a PTT COM port for CW as this is usually handled by the
WinKey.

After that, you may wish to do WKSETUP [Enter] to set the rest of the Winkey
options.
