[WT-support] Wt problem with Cabrillo file

Dave,

Sorry you lost points, but I don't think it would be a good idea to change
Win-Test to automatically update Cabrillo, ADIF, or TXT files every time you
exit the program. It would just slow down commands like REOPENNOW,
CLEARLOGNOW, and CTYFILES (the command which downloads a new CTY_WT_MOD.DAT
file, then closes and reopens the log).

Furthermore, what if you uncheck any of those boxes? Should the
Cabrillo/ADIF/TXT file then be immediately *deleted* when you exit
Win-Test? If you don't delete them, the files would be there but out of
synch.

What if your PC loses power? Do you expect the Cabrillo/ADIF/TXT files to
be in synch with the .WTB at that point too?

It's currently simple enough to generate updated Cabrillo/ADIF/TXT files
afer you update something in the log. Just type WRITELOG [Enter] and press
[OK] (that's a shortcut to "Create log files"). Win-Test remembers all the
file options you selected the previous time, even the SOAPBOX comments, so
it's really quick and easy.
