[WT-support] Smart CW Correction

I was playing/testing with Win-test, prior to CQWW CW Contest and noticed
this:

With CW Smart Correction or $CORRECT if i try to log a call (CT1BOH) with
partials

CT1 INSERT
Win-test sends CT1

then BOH +(PLUS)
Win-test only sends BOH

This is OK with smart correction, only the Suffix is sent

But if I do

BOH INSERT
Win-test sends BOH

then CT1 +(PLUS)
Win-test sends CT1BOH the complete call and not just CT1

Is this a bug? I thought smart correction applies both to suffix and prefix,
but apparently is only applying to suffix
