If you are a "touch typist" using a U.S. keyboard, you can hit [Comma],
[Period], [Semicolon], and [Quote] quickly without having to look down at
the keys.  The same cannot be said of the [Insert] and [Plus] keys.

Of course if you are a "hunt and peck" typist, your eyes are always on the
keyboard, and there's no need to remap any keys, unless you're using a
laptop keyboard without a convenient numeric keypad [Plus] key.

[Enter], [Enter], [Enter] of ESM (not yet supported by Win-Test, but
promised) can work nicely when everything goes as planned, and you and the
software are both agreement about what mode you are in (CQ vs S&P), and it
is clear what [Enter] will send next.  Obviously you can't just keep
pressing [Enter] in all cases, such as when you need to send "?", "QRL", ask
for a fill, re-send the exchange, or anything else.  It's those "exceptions"
and the mode switching requirement that make ESM harder to use, for some
people.

I'd love to see ESM added to [Win-Test], since so many people are used to
it, but until that happens, the keyboard remap I've suggested works well,
but only if you can type without looking at the keys.
