This is the "pretty print" version of a log, with nice headers. Win-Test
doesn't produce that directly; text file (.TXT) is the closest. But you can
convert Cabrillo to CT .BIN, then use CT to produce the .ALL file (see
below).

Yes, type WRITELOG (see
http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Menu:File_open#Create_Log_Files)

It's a multi-step process to produce a rate sheet in Win-Test:

   1. Press Ctrl-F9 to display the statistics window
   2. Right click and select Band -> All (detailed)
   3. Right click again and select "Copy as Text"
   4. Open Notepad and select "Edit, Paste"

Yes it would be more convenient if ".BRK" (band breakdown sheets) could be
added the "Create Log Files" dialog, but this method above does work. The
"Copy as Text" feature also works for continental breakdowns and other
statistics.

You can also run the CBS.EXE program by K5KA against your Cabrillo file to
generate similar rate sheets and other interesting statistics (Cabrillo 2.0
only). Download CBS.EXE from http://www.kkn.net/~k5tr/software/

.BIN

That is a CT binary file, not compatible with Win-Test. You can convert
your Cabrillo 3.0 files generated by Win-Test into CT .BIN format using the
Cabrillo to CT Converter written by AD1C called cbr2ct.exe. See
http://lists.contesting.com/_ct-user/2007-11/msg00012.html for info.

Unfortunately, the link to the AD1C pages seems to be broken today (times
out).
