[WT-support] WT HELP?

Hi everyone

I am setting up W-T with WX0B Box for SO2R

I came across with the following:

When I push Shift or Caps-lock to activate the 2nd rig I dont get any 
reaction from the box

Any Ideia why the 2nd rig isnt switching?
