Right decision to change SH YA in oblast.dat Do not delete it, cos may
be still some stations give out SH instead of YA. A years ago when RXDC was "born" first abbreviation for
Republic of Sakha (former USSR region Yakutia) was SH. As you may
imagine it's very hard for CW. UA0Q asks RDXC committee to change it
with YA. Same was with KJ JN JR EW and MS. Alternative oblast codes
are still allowed in RDXC but I don't remember the last time i heard
that some one used them.
