YA is listed on Worked Oblast window but it is not counted...

This was the only "major" problem with Win-Test during the whole 
contest. Minor problems were no auto recognizing for UA3K (VR), UA6G 
(ST) and any of "non-standard" prefixes (RD, RG, RL, RT) and I am sure 
you did ti in purpose to keep operator awake :-)
