S&P has nothing to do with one or two radios. You can use it (or not) 
with one or two radios. On the other hand, the scenarios are *only* 
available in SO2R.

To switch between RUN and S&P operating mode, use the Ctrl-Tab 
combination (see the indicator on right side of the clock wnd).

Once set, you just have to use the usual function keys.

Shift+Fx keys send the Fx message to the second radio (if any), if you 
binded the Shift key to the secondary radio (Operating menu). It is 
*not* related to the RUN/S&P operating status.
