[WT-support] S&P in SO1R

I've got Win-Test working with both radios at my station and have not
figured out how to send CW messages in Search and Pounce when operating
only one radio (i.e., SO1R). Can I use the S&P messages that are available
in SO2R? Holding Shift and hitting the function key doesn't work.
Otherwise, I suppose it's either use the paddle, or set up other messages.
