Larry,
I checked ITU.DTB is the latest from ur webpage. Compared all data files with the ones in the download folder of the webpage.
It is not an important fault, but it definitely doesn't work.

Works for me :
34 2008-07-14 23:39 40 XE1LM FMRE : CTY.DAT expect ITU Zone: 10
35 2008-07-14 23:39 20 XE1LM FMAE : Differ from database: FMRE
35 2008-07-14 23:39 20 XE1LM FMAE : CTY.DAT expect ITU Zone: 10
35 2008-07-14 23:39 20 XE1LM FMAE : Differ from QSO #75: FMRE
(I have to check why it displays #75 but I guess my test log is somewhat
corrupted)

Once again, it works for me. I entered W5KFT and got 07 as default
exchange, and UA9YTN and got 31 as default exchange. Thus, they do are
not displayed in this check report.

It does.
Strange...
Maybe your ITU.DTB file (which is used in precedence over the country
file) has bad data ?
