HI BOB   I am sending you some PRINT SCREEN  of the modification of EXCHANGE
FIELD  (before you send some MEN in WHITE to check me !)

 

 

See that I don’t have the same effect !!

 

Guess I will DELETE all WINTEST  3.21 and download the complete file.

If I set "Country" to "VE", "Exchange" to RAC and "ITU Zone" to "04", WT
3.21 scores VE2 QSOs properly as one point.

TO complete the problem 
 it appears that it is function of the EXCHANGE
FIELD  in the contest setup.

 

In my case I have a HQ  station LOG  with  RAC   instead of  ITU ZONE
number. 

 

 

Vers  3.20  gives the same score  for  RAC or ZONE number in the EXCHANGE
FIELD.
