Insert a $LOGGEDCALL somewhere before using the extra data variable, 
which triggers the variable substitution (mostly for not being trapped 
by the type-ahead).

Ex: $LOGGEDCALL TU $OPNAME $RST $MEMBER

In RUN, it's working because the Ins msg includes (obviously) a 
$LOGGEDCALL...
