[WT-support] $OPNAME in S&P mode

Hello Oliver:

The $OPNAME message doesn't work properly in S&P.
I was going to transmit the following message in S&P:
TU $OPNAME $RST $MEMBER
But the operator's name was not being sent correctly. The program sends 
the name of the operator of the previous QSO which was logged in the 
running mode.
