Minor suggestion for WT V4: instead of just displaying "sked" in the QSY
Wizard, could Win-Test suggest a sked time, e.g. "SKED 1630Z', based on the
peak conditions for that band, or best available conditions before the end
of the contest? If there are no future openings (before end of contest),
maybe Win-Test could display "NO PROP"?

Perhaps 160m should be removed from the QSY Wizard, since HamCAP doesn't
make any calculations for Top Band.
