[WT-support] NAQSOP Problems

Hmmmmm - Win-test was written by a bunch of guys to permit
them to take part in CQWW Contest post CT.

Due to peer pressure they released the programme to others
who liked it - in CQWW - then it just seems to have grown
and grown. It was not as I understand it at the outset
designed or intended to be an all encompassing programme.

Now a days everybody buys a copy and assumes that it is pre
configured for every contest on the planet including ssb /
cw / rtty / psk / sstv / hell / and any other mode / you can
imagine.

I assume before buying the software you enquired as to
whether it would carry out the tasks you required of it?
I mean who would buy a sports car without asking what its
top speed was, then finding out it can only do 75mph, then
complains it is not fast enough. If you were told IT WOULD
provide the necessary entry files for the contest you have a
valid beef - if you didnt enquire - Caveat emptor!

Its a bit like Write log written by americans - we europeans
expect it to cover every contest ever imagined. Likewise
Win-test - maybe you expect too much of it....

Maybe its not actually an NAQSOP problem, but an operator
problem....
